Various Governments have in the past enacted various tough laws such as MISA,TADA.POTA etc but failed to stop the activities of terrorists running in the country sponsered by Pakistan through ISI and its terror groups placed in Pakistan, Bangladesh ,PoK and even in India.It is true that terrorism can be contained and faught out only if we firmly and honestly enforce the existing laws. Our Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh has rightly pointed out and accepted this bitter truth that the need of the hour is to set our house in order. We have to rejuvinate the law enforcing agencies and also the judiciary to ensure timely judgement on any case.Laws are always tough .It is the system which twists the case in such a manner that truth appear as lie and false proposition becomes the truth .Criminals move freely and innocents are booked to task.We have stringent norms incorporated in Unlawful Activities (Prevention)Act and Prevention of Money laundering Act to cut off the flaw of funds to terrorist groups. Still huge fund is coming in India to make terror group econimically powerful.This is why terrorists are always successful in execution of their mischievous activities .With money power they can peep into any vital records of the country and they can enter into any security Zone. They easily buy officers in various departments to make their conspiracy success.Terrorists in disguise of common man confuse the mass including law enforcing agencies and cause relentless damage to our national property as also nemerous killings every month.All bad elements manage fund not only from foreign centres but from common people in our country too.They park the fund in Indian Banks only either in cooperative banks or PSU bank or private banks.Secondly our investigation machinery also fails to catch the bad elements before they commit crime.Prosecution machinery fails to present fool-proof case in the court .And even judiciary at different levels fail to dispose off the case against bad elements expeditiously .Because none of the person who is supposed to protect us are working hoestly and devotedly. This is why criminals are not at all afraid of Police or Judicial action.Money power play a vital role in irrigation and promotion of terror activities .Lastly we miserably failed to stop infiltration of terror-trained bad elements from accross the border. In the name of some business dealings or family trip or social activites or filmfare, bad elements are regularly flowing into our country .Whatsoever may be the domain of Red Alert of High Alert sounded by our security agencies ,terrorists succeed in deceiving the system always.
Last but not the least, our own leaders plead for the survival of terrorists so that their vote banks is not diluted. Latest example is of Mr. Afzal who was sentenced to death by Apex court but our greedy leaders leaving no stone unturned to ensure grant of mercy to Mr. Afzal.In the name of Muslim votes our political leaders have caused a great loss to the country.It is therefore ironical as also painful that even minority leaders complain about policeman going on an overdrive on and painting the entire community with the same brush.The fact is that all terrorist caught or identified or suspected or accused are invariably Muslim so far as terrorism accross the border is concerned. It is also true that domestic bad elements in the form of Naxal activities are also master minded by terror groups working from foreign country.It may be any naxal group working in any name working in our country , they get monetary power either from foreign centres or from their agents working within the country.That is why need of the hour is to first identify and eliminate corrupt elements from Law enforcing and judicial machinery. This is practically possible only when Ministers and Parliamentarian who form the Power Lobby clean themselves. If bad water flows from the top none can stop pollution of ground water too.But if the water coming down is pure it can be tried to ensure perpetual flow of pure water below the line through various scientific and professional methods.We have to ensure terror for terrorists. Criminals have to be treated as criminals. Anti -Social elements getting place in assemblies of the state and in the Parliament is very mush dangerous. We must stop it forthwith if we really want to stop terrorists causing further damage to us.
